Dr. Arun V Nair is our Chief Medical Consultant at Shatavari Ayurveda, holding a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Born into a renowned Ayurvedic family in Kerala, both parents being distinguished Ayurveda doctors, he developed a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing from an early age.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Arun specializes in the treatment of Pain Management, Skin Diseases, Autoimmune Diseases, Other Chronic and complex disorders,Stress Management, and Detoxification. He is proficient in pulse diagnosis, tongue examination, and traditional Ayurvedic diagnostic methods. His expertise extends to Panchakarma therapies, Marma therapies, traditional bone setting, cupping therapy, and leech therapy.
Dr. Arun is qualified in Smrithi Meditation, enabling him to integrate meditative and mindfulness-based approaches into treatment for enhanced mental and emotional healing.
He is also well-versed in preparing Ayurvedic medicines in their purest form, ensuring both efficacy and authenticity. For the past 10 years, Dr. Arun has been delivering Ayurveda lectures and consultations in various countries, spreading the wisdom of Ayurveda across the globe.
DR. Jithin Paul Varghese Namala

Dr. Jithin Paul Varghese Namala is an Ayurvedic physician from Kerala, India, where his family has practiced Ayurveda for many generations. He earned his B.A.M.S. degree from SDM College of Ayurveda, Hassan, and has since dedicated his career to combining traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern health needs.
Based in Germany, Dr. Namala specializes in Panchakarma therapies, Marma therapy, and the treatment of chronic and autoimmune conditions. His holistic approach focuses on restoring balance through detoxification, nutrition, lifestyle, and mental well-being.
In addition to his clinical practice, he conducts seminars, workshops, and training programs for both professionals and the public. He also provides personal consultations in person and online, making his expertise accessible internationally.
Through his work, Dr. Namala serves as a bridge between India’s Ayurvedic heritage and contemporary integrative healthcare in Europe and beyond. He is actively involved in various professional activities related to ayurveda in many countries

Dr.Ashna Kamal is a dedicated Ayurveda Physician at Shatavari Ayurveda ,holding a BAMS degree from Yenepoya Deemed to be University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cupping Therapy .Dr.Ashna offers personalised care , blending ancient wisdom with modern practices to promote balance and well being.She is also proficient in high quality patient healthcare while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.

Dr Sarath Krishna is a dedicated Resident medical officer at Shatavari Makara Ayurveda hospital holding BAMS degree from Kerala University of Health Sciences. He graduated from Govt Ayurveda college Trivandrum. Well versed and expierienced in Ayurvedic principles and practices with commitment to holistic health and wellness.
