- For Vata imbalance: warm food soup, cooked grains, ghee, dates, nourishing stew may help to moisturize and rejuvenate.
- For Pitta imbalance: soothe the burn and the consuming sensation with fresh foods such as cucumber and vegetable pomegranates, and vegetables.
- Kapha imbalance: several light, exotic, and vibrant aromas such as ginger, black pepper, leaves, greens & barley may be known to clear nostrils and encourage blood supply. Yogis should stay away from cold, heavy, oily, and ultra-processed meals. .
